About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Gear Cutting Specialist to produce high-quality gears for applications in aerospace, automotive, and other precision industries.
Key Responsibilities

Set and operate gear cutting machines to produce gears to specification.

Read and interpret technical drawings.

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy.

Perform maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery.

Work collaboratively with the engineering team to optimise processes.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in gear cutting or similar precision machining.

Ability to work to tight tolerances.

Good knowledge of gear types, standards, and machining methods.

Strong problem-solving skills.
